Quand votre nom apparait au JO votre acte de naissance de français n’existe pas encore, il est en PROJET.
Il est indiqué dans les forums, qu’il faut attendre 10 jours avant de faire sa demande d’ADN sur le site DALI.
Généralement il faut attendre 15 jours pour recevoir son AdN papier.
Pendant ce temps votre AdN est fabriqué et disponible sur la plateforme COMEDEC (Dématérialisation des actes de naissance) – Regarder ici
Normalement vous n’avez plus besoin de produire un AdN papier la commune ou vous déposé votre demande est relié au COMEDEC.
Le rôle des mairies est de collecter les informations (photos, empreintes) et le timbre fiscal. Puis elle transmette le dossier à la préfecture.
La préfecture revérifie les informations et l’acte de naissance avant de lancer la production.
Si un dossier arrive trop tôt, la saisie est impossible et il est mis de côté. Quelques temps après les dossiers incomplets sont repris pour être traités.
Mon conseil : prenez le temps de faire les choses dans l’ordre et tout se passera bien.
Entre la sortie de votre nom et la réception de vos papiers compter : 8 jours avant de faire la demande d’AdN (ou ne pas le faire) + 15 jours de réception de l’AdN papier + 2/3 semaines pour la production de vos papiers soit 1 mois et 1 semaine environ.
