Je pense que le fait qu’on soit bloqué longtemps ou pas à l’étape 2 dépend de la célérité d’instruction de dossier dans chaque préfecture beaucoup plus que le fait qu’on ait à sa disposition son adn ou pas au moment de la demande en mairie.
À titre d’exemple :
Mon épouse et moi avons fait le même jour à la même mairie nos demandes de passeports ; mon épouse est française née et n’a eu besoin que de produire la copie de sa cni ( son acte de naissance étant disponible depuis toujours dans cette même maire) . Quant à moi le mail du scec me notifiant la disponibilité de mon adn faisant foi nos demandes ont été effectuées simultanément.
Seulement mon épouse comme moi sommes encore « bloqués » à l’étape 2 depuis 26 jours déjà.
Vous conviendriez bien avec moi que ce n’est pas par souci de produire ou pas son ADN au moment de la demande qu’on reste bloqué à l’étape 2 en préfecture ?
Néanmoins l’agente communale nous avait prévenu qu’en ce moment les délais étaient relativement longs 4 à 6 semaines.
