Les pièces à fournir
Les documents ci-dessous sont à présenter uniquement sous forme de papier A4 et dans l’ordre suivant :

Le passeport (original et une photocopie du passeport). Le passeport est valable au minimum 6 mois à partir de la date de départ
Trois formulaires dûment rempli (signé et daté uniquement par demandeur)
Trois photos d’identité en couleur
Une photocopie de titre de séjour
Une photocopie de la réservation de billet d’avion avec les détails (billet entrée et sortie du territoire thaïlandais dans un délai inférieur à 90 jours)
Une photocopie du justificatif financier (monnaie en euro). Une photocopie du livret de famille est demandée dans le cas où le relevé de compte bancaire n’est pas au nom de demandeur : le relevé de compte bancaire récent (moins de 30 jours à compter de la date de dépôt) avec un montant de 1000 € minimum (L’exemplaire de relevé bancaire imprimé sur l’internet n’est pas recevable, à défaut, cet exemplaire doit être signé et tamponné par la banque) ou une attestation bancaire signée et tamponnée par la banque
Les photocopies des 3 derniers bulletins de salaires ou 3 derniers versements d’allocation de chômage ou l’extrait Kbis
La réservation de logement de 7 premières nuits si votre séjour est supérieur ou égal à 7 nuits.**Dans le cas où vous restez en Thaïlande moins de 7 nuits, la totalité de la réservation de logement est demandée pour votre séjour.***Dans le cas où vous êtes hébergé par des personnes ayant la résidence en Thaïlande : La lettre d’invitation avec une photocopie de sa pièce d’identité signée, ainsi que le registre de domicile le contrat de location, quittance de loyer, facture de gaz ou d’électricité.
La somme de 30 € (uniquement en espèces)
